We took a big leap in 2025 and there were plenty of adventures and stories
In 2025 we took the biggest leap and left the East Coast (where we both grew up) in the rearview mirror to start the next chapter of our lives in Colorado. There were plenty of adventures and stories along the way.
Talk about stepping out of our comfort zones – new geography, new sights, new food, and an entirely new culture.
We got engaged the day we took possession and got the keys to our new place, and we have been going ever since.

Thousands of miles driving, and hundreds of miles hiking, running, and biking. We made the drive cross country not once, but twice, and we got to see how much this country has to offer.

We have really enjoyed being so close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

We made the decision to immerse ourselves in the culture and ran the Boulderthon Half Marathon.

The Brooklyn and New Jersey roots in us keep us yearning for pizza but we still found a great Hike and Slice™.

We discovered what Burro Racing is.

And we discovered what a Wyoming Windshield is and got to see our first real live rodeo!

A bucket list item was crossed off the list when we visited the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa.

Our advice…take the chance…don’t wait.
Thank you to everyone, especially our family and friends, who supported this new chapter and adventure. We loved 2025 and can’t wait to see what adventures and stories await us in 2026.
